Kazakhstan creates horse breeding institute to increase breeding horse population

The Kazakh authorities have created an institute for horse breeding and forage production in order to improve the breeding qualities of horses and increase their population. "In pursuance of the instructions of the country's president [Kassym-Jomart Tokayev], the Kazakh Research Institute of Horse Breeding and Forage Production, a limited liability company, was established in Aktobe on the basis of the Aktobe Agricultural Experimental Station. The founder of the institute is the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center.
