Among these, 318,000 tons of grain were transported to various parts of the country (186,000 tons in the same period of 2024), and 1,029,000 tons were used for export (867,000 tons in 2024), with an export volume increase of 19%.
This growth trend is also evident in the markets of neighboring countries. The volume of grain transported to Uzbekistan increased by 50% (450,000 tons), to Tajikistan by 16% (161,000 tons), to Kyrgyzstan by 4.6 times (32,000 tons), and to Azerbaijan by a staggering 60 times last year (18,000 tons).
The Ministry of Agriculture stated that it will continue to implement a comprehensive package of measures to support producers in the agricultural sector, strengthen export orientation, and ensure national food security.
