Korea Racing Authority and Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center Sign Open Innovation Cooperation Agreement

The Korea Racing Authority and the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the activation of horse industry startups and technology localization on the 4th at the Korea Racing Authority's conference room in Gwacheon. This agreement was prepared to discover and nurture smart startups that will lead the future of the horse industry by combining private sector innovation and public infrastructure through the joint startup support program 'BUILD X'. BUILD X is a localization verification support program targeting domestic horse industry startups in the manufacturing and technology sectors, aimed at reducing overseas dependency.
