On the 30th, Hoengseong County, Hoengseong KC (CEO Jeon Won-seok), and Cheongah Good Food (CEO Yoo Jae-ju) held a Hoengseong Hanwoo promotion event at the restaurant of the St. Regis Hotel in the United Arab Emirates. The event, attended by approximately 40 people including Consul General Lee Bum-chan from the Dubai Embassy, media personnel, event officials, and around 20 local buyers, began with an introduction video of Hoengseong Hanwoo, a presentation on Halal certification and production processes, followed by explanations and a showcase of different beef cuts. Particularly during the tasting session, the buyers were impressed by the tender, juicy Hoengseong Hanwoo, drawing positive responses.
