After more than 4 years of development, the kale model has confirmed that it is suitable for the Bac Ha highland fields. In particular, this variety of kale has high economic value, a one-time crop can be harvested for a long time, each hectare of kale generates a profit of nearly 200 million VND. In 2022, Bac Ha district encouraged people to convert some inefficient arable land to kale. In which, the district supports Lung Phinh commune to deploy a model of growing kale with an area of 3ha. Currently, there are 23 households in 2 villages Pa Chu Ty and Ta Chai, Lung Phinh commune participating in the implementation of the model. Up to now, kale plants have grown and developed well, started to harvest, promising to create significant additional income for the Mong and Phu La farmers in Lung Phinh.
