The Fisheries Resources Research Institute of South Chungcheong Province is promoting the "2026 Harmful Organism (Parasite) Relief Project" to diagnose and prevent parasitic diseases in aquaculture sites early on. This project was established to diagnose and prevent parasitic diseases that frequently occur in aquaculture sites early on, to prevent large-scale damages such as mass deaths and to create a stable aquatic product production environment. Since early intervention is crucial to avoid significant economic losses in case of delayed responses to parasitic diseases, rapid diagnosis and on-site prescriptions by experts are deemed most important.
