On the morning of December 10th in Thanh Dong commune (An Giang), the An Giang Agricultural Promotion Center, in collaboration with specialized units, organized a communication conference on the Sustainable Development Project of 1 million hectares of specialized, high-quality, low-emission rice cultivation linked with green growth in the Mekong Delta, part of the Large Field Project to meet regional raw material needs and respond to climate change by 2025. The conference aimed to popularize and expand the model of high-quality, low-emission rice production in the area. At the conference, over 100 delegates representing cooperatives, enterprises, and farmers visited the demonstration model of land preparation, base fertilizer application, and mechanized sowing.
