Having already concluded the most intense rainy season, many productive hectares in the interior of the province of Buenos Aires are rendered unproductive due to flooding. For those who have at least 50% of their fields affected, the Agricultural Emergency and/or Disaster Law (26,509) allows them to access tax exemptions and other "benefits". Through resolution 1974/2025, published today in the Official Bulletin, the Ministry of Economy approved the provincial government's decisions and included new areas in this measure, which now covers much of central Buenos Aires. Specifically, the regulation establishes an extension of the state of agricultural emergency and/or disaster for various zones in 25 de Mayo and Saladillo, but also includes new areas in both, as well as in Azul, Bragado, Lincoln, Bolívar, General Belgrano, and Pila.
