This corresponds to a significant decrease of 218,000 kg or 7.5% compared to 2019. The decrease is likely to be mainly due to the occurrence of fish diseases in individual farms. The decrease in the production of rainbow trout has been particularly strong. It fell by 12.6% (−225,000 kg) to 1.6 million kg.
