Within the framework of the "Leaders of Safety" campaign, the National Authority for Health and Safety in Fisheries and Aquaculture (Sanipes) held the First Meeting of Leaders from Educational Institutions in Metropolitan Lima 2024-2025 at its headquarters in Callao, bringing together 100 students designated as promoters of safety in their schools. During the event, the students were recognized for their commitment to disseminating good practices aimed at reducing the risks of foodborne diseases (ETAs) among their peers and families. As part of the meeting, the high school students took a tour of the modern infrastructure of the Sanipes Laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the analysis of fishery and aquaculture products.
