Farmers in Linhai City, Zhejiang Province, China have started the first harvest of the year for seaweed, with expectations to harvest 1-2 crops. The seaweed is cultivated in half of the sea in a field near Jiaomen, Shangpan Town, and has yielded an income of approximately 7 million yuan from 400 Mu of land. The seaweed will be processed and distributed in Shandong and Fujian.
