Dutch seed exports have seen a significant increase, reaching 460,694 tonnes by January 31st, a record high since 2019. The majority of these exports were seed potatoes, with the European Union showing little activity and Belgium being the leading recipient in the EU. However, Asia has emerged as a key market, with Saudi Arabia and Iraq showing a notable increase in imports. Africa also continued to be a significant market, with Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco as the top buyers. The export volume to America remained stable from the previous year.
