According to Customs Department data, in May 2025, Vietnam's rubber exports to Malaysia reached 2,115 tons, valued at $2.9 million, increasing 3.1 times in volume and 2.9 times in value compared to the previous month, and rising 3.75 times in volume and 3.5 times in value compared to May 2024. Cumulatively in the first five months of 2025, Vietnam has exported 14,161 tons of rubber to the Malaysian market, valued at $21.45 million, a 4.3-fold increase in volume and a 4.6-fold increase in value compared to the same period last year.
