Vietnam's processed fruit and vegetable exports are seeing a global demand surge, with a 10% increase in export revenue at the start of the year. Despite challenges such as potential raw material shortages and rising freight rates due to Red Sea region tensions, businesses are investing in sustainable raw material areas and strengthening ties with farmers. This growth, which has seen exports consistently exceed 1 billion USD since 2022, is expected to reach 2 billion USD, particularly with China's approval of frozen durian exports from Vietnam.
