By Crisley Santana São Paulo, 09/23/2025 - Marfrig recently announced that, due to the incorporation of BRF by the company, Rui Mendonça Junior resigned from his position as CEO and, in his place, the board of directors elected Miguel de Souza Gularte, who will take the position of global president director. In the same announcement, the company informed that Tang David resigned from his position as CFO and director of Investor Relations. José Ignacio Scoseria Rey will take his place.
