Acreage in Russia is expected to remain stable at 3 million hectares throughout the year following a significant expansion of plantings this season. At the same time, according to a study by the German Union for the Promotion of Oilseed and Grain Cultivation (UFOP), the area sown to rapeseed in Ukraine is likely to decrease by 100,000 hectares to 1.3 million hectares.
