The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Family Agriculture (MDA) participated today in a joint venture between the Chinese company Hans Machineries and the Brazilian company Livefarm for the productive partnership and technology transfer between both for the production of small-scale, high-tech agricultural machinery. Participating in the meeting were Joelcio Carvalho, executive director of LiveFarm, and April Jiang, executive of Hans Machineries. The objective is to produce agricultural equipment, such as small tractors, for smaller properties, bringing mechanization more broadly to the countryside, taking advantage of the experience of the Chinese company that operates in 54 countries with seeders, brush cutters, and other small-scale equipment.
