Mexico authorizes import of pork offal from the United Kingdom

Mexico, which opened its market to British pork for the first time two years ago, has authorized imports of British pork offal. This authorization follows a trade mission visit last year, where AHDB hosted buyers from Mexico who met with pig farmers and processors and gained a lot of information about the UK's high quality meat production.
