Mexico bans 35 pesticides and companies need to adapt

The Mexican government published a decree on September 3, 2025, that immediately prohibits the import, production, commercialization, and use of 35 chemical substances considered by the government as highly dangerous, such as DDT, Endosulfán, Aldicarb, and Carbofuran, warns lawyer Jorge Israel, an expert in business regulation.
