With the aim of strengthening the dairy cattle industry and positioning Peru as a benchmark in high-quality cheese production, the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) announced the official launch of the fourth edition of the Peruvian Cheese Salon 2026, which will bring together more than 170 producers from across the country and more than 50 varieties of cheese. The event will take place from May 21 to 24 at the Lima Convention Center, with nearly 200 stalls dedicated to the sale of cheeses.
