Russia: Milk processing enterprises of Kabardino-Balkaria increase production volumes

Kabardino-Balkaria's milk processing industries have seen a significant increase in production between January and June 2021, with processed liquid milk production up by 124% compared to the same period in 2020, totaling over 13 thousand tons. Cheese and cottage cheese production also saw an increase of 12.8%, reaching over 1.5 thousand tons. Furthermore, the production of butter, ghee, and butter-vegetable mixtures surged by 28.6%, producing over 1.17 thousand tons.
