Minister of Agriculture and Food Ivan Hristov held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Miguel Alonso Berio, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Bulgaria. Mr. Javier Moral, Advisor on Trade and Economic Issues, also participated in the meeting. During the conversation, the views of the two countries on the future of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) were discussed. The interlocutors commented on the similar challenges facing the agricultural sectors of Bulgaria and Spain, in the context of the crises that have occurred in recent years and their consequences.
