Minister of Agriculture welcomes Morocco's authorization to import fresh sheep, goat, and caprine meat from Spain

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, has valued this Friday, in Rabat, the decision of the Moroccan government to authorize the import of fresh sheep and goat meat from Spain and has explained that, immediately, the Spanish meat sector will be informed so that it can initiate the necessary commercial contacts. Planas has held a first bilateral meeting with the recently appointed Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests of Morocco, Ahmed El Bouari. The meeting has taken place within the framework of the XII meeting of the Center for Advanced Agronomic Studies of the Mediterranean (Ciheam), which took place today in Rabat (Morocco).
