Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo (Mentan SYL), said the effort was to improve food security and the national economy by utilizing large agricultural resources. Syahrul said that Indonesia's local food commodities should be encouraged to enter international consumption markets. Therefore, local food must be prepared and introduced properly so that it can attract the attention of the export market.
