Moquegua: 6528 bales of alfalfa delivered to South American camelids breeders in Carumas

In light of the low temperatures recorded at this time of year, and with the aim of ensuring good nutrition for livestock in the high Andean zones, the Regional Directorate of Agriculture of Moquegua delivered 6528 bales of alfalfa to the breeders of South American camelids in the district of Carumas. The delivery was presided over by the regional director of Agriculture, Engineer Prescilio Mamani Eugenio, along with Engineer Víctor Catacora Rodríguez, inspector of the emergency file; and Rubén Ticona, responsible for the emergency file and technical team. The annexes benefiting were Chacapunco with 252 bales; Wilacollo, with 2020 bales; Cacachara, with 739 bales; Pampa Putina, with 296 bales; Aguas Termales, with 413 bales; Chilota, with 1372 bales; Huachunta, with 895 bales; Umalso, with 302; and Chilligua, with 239 bales, respectively.
