According to EastFruit analysts, the average price of greenhouse tomatoes in Ukraine continued to rise during the first week of April, primarily due to the continued limited domestic supply. Market participants report that prices are also rising in Turkey - Ukraine's main supplier of this product category - as Turkish producers are increasingly directing larger quantities to the European Union markets, writes FruitVeB.
