As of the third week of August 2025, the wholesale price of Norwegian frozen mackerel in the South Korean domestic market showed an upward trend. Specifically, the wholesale price for products in the 300-500 gram and 400-600 gram trawl specifications was maintained at approximately 99,500 South Korean won per box (about $71.74 per box, based on a standard 20 kg box common in the wholesale market).
