Mozambique's Agriculture Minister, Celso Correia, has warned exporters against falsifying the value of their goods on export declarations, stating that the government is working with customs and other authorities to crack down on such fraud. He called on exporters to be honest and fair in their pricing, and to make accurate declarations of the value of their exports. Correia also announced a 20% increase in the production of sesame, cotton, and soya this year, crediting the government's Mozambique Institute of Oilseeds.
