North Jeonju Agricultural Cooperative, first export of 50 tons of Shingo rice to Taiwan

[Nongsuchuksan Newspaper=Reporter Park Yong-hwan] The Jeonbuk Bukjeonju Agricultural Cooperative (Chairman Lee Woo-kwang) held a shipment ceremony on the 20th to export approximately 50 tons of fresh pears produced in the Bukjeonju region to Taiwan. This export is the first shipment to Taiwan this year, marking the beginning of full-scale overseas shipments. The pears exported this time were grown in the Bukjeonju Agricultural Cooperative area with abundant sunlight and a clean environment, characterized by high sugar content and crisp flesh. Especially in Taiwan, the quality and reliability of Korean pears are highly regarded, leading to a steady increase in export volume every year. Chairman Lee Woo-kwang said, "Our local pears are recognized for their quality in the global market.
