Russia: Omsk Oblast’s plant product exports to China doubled

Russian Satellite News Agency, Moscow: According to the Omsk branch of the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision, Omsk Oblast supplied more than twice as many plant products to China in one year. ​ In 2023, Omsk Oblast exported 960,000 tons of food and feed cargo, of which 292,000 tons were exported to China. ​ "Exports to China increased from 140,400 tons to 292,000 tons, more than double that in 2022. In the export commodity structure, the main share consists of grain and its processed products, totaling 198,100 tons.
