On February 3rd, the "Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" decreased by 0.17 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "200 Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" on February 3 was 129.95, down 0.17 points from yesterday. The wholesale price index for "grocery basket" products was 132.84, down 0.20 points from yesterday. As of 2:00 PM today, the average wholesale price for pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 18.56 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday; beef was 66.13 yuan/kg, up 0.3% from yesterday; mutton was 64.73 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday; eggs were 8.58 yuan/kg, down 1.3% from yesterday; and white-feathered chickens were 17.17 yuan/kg, down 1.0% from yesterday. The average price for 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.51 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday; the average price for 6 key monitored fruits was 7.93 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday. Carp was 19.55 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday; crucian carp was 14.20 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; silver carp was 9.96 yuan/kg, down 2.9% from yesterday; and large ribbon fish was 43.85 yuan/kg, up 2.2% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in domestic wholesale markets, the top five with price increases compared to yesterday were watermelon, large yellow croaker, large ribbon fish, Kyoho grapes, and mutton, with increases of 5.6%, 2.3%, 2.2%, 1.4%, and 1.4%, respectively; the top five with price decreases were napa cabbage, spring onions, silver carp, Chinese cabbage, and grass carp, with decreases of 4.5%, 4.4%, 2.9%, 2.6%, and 2.5%, respectively.
