On November 7, the "Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" rose by 0.32 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "200 Index of Wholesale Prices for Agricultural Products" on November 7 was 125.24, rising by 0.32 points from yesterday, and the wholesale price index for "grocery basket" products was 127.27, rising by 0.38 points. As of 14:00 today, the average wholesale price for pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 18.23 yuan/kg, rising by 0.9% from yesterday; beef was 66.80 yuan/kg, rising by 0.7% from yesterday; mutton was 62.65 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; eggs were 7.35 yuan/kg, rising by 2.5% from yesterday; and white-striped chicken was 17.72 yuan/kg, falling by 1.0% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.78 yuan/kg, rising by 0.7% from yesterday; the average price of the 6 key monitored fruits was 7.04 yuan/kg, rising by 1.4% from yesterday. Carp was 19.45 yuan/kg, falling by 1.7% from yesterday; crucian carp was 13.92 yuan/kg, falling by 0.2% from yesterday; white sturgeon was 10.13 yuan/kg, falling by 1.0% from yesterday; and large ribbon fish was 40.16 yuan/kg, rising by 2.8% from yesterday.

Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products in the domestic wholesale market that are under key monitoring, the top five varieties with price increases compared to yesterday were leeks, watermelon, eggplant, napa cabbage, and large ribbon fish, with increases of 3.3%, 3.1%, 2.9%, 2.9%, and 2.8% respectively; the top five varieties with price decreases were scallions, carp, celery, white sturgeon, and white-striped chicken, with decreases of 2.6%, 1.7%, 1.3%, 1.0%, and 1.0% respectively.
