[Rural Development News=Reporter Park Se-jun] Agricultural cooperation between South Korea and the Philippines is extending beyond facilities to also include the enhancement of agricultural human resources. From the 3rd to the 7th, the Korea Rural Community Corporation conducted a five-day on-site training program titled "Enhancement of Rural Development Capabilities in the Philippines" for 30 local officials from San Jose City, Tarlac Province, as part of the KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) Global Training Program. This training is a follow-up to the "Enhancement of Rural-type Social and Economic Capabilities in the Rural Areas of San Jose City, Tarlac Province, Philippines" training that the Rural Community Corporation successfully carried out from 2022 to last year. The training included high-ranking officials such as the mayor, deputy mayor, and city council members of San Jose City.
