A decrease in egg prices in Moroccan markets

After their price exceeded one and a half dirhams during the month of Ramadan, and the rise in egg prices in a number of markets in various Moroccan cities, after the month of Ramadan, the latter recorded a noticeable decline. The prices of turkey eggs in most markets stabilized at one dirham, while the prices of local eggs ranged between 1.80 cents and two dirhams. The decline in egg prices coincided with a decline in chicken prices, as the price of “live” ranged between 14 and 16 dirhams, while the price of fried chicken ranged between 25 and 30 dirhams.
