The Official Opening of the Olive Harvest in Rio Grande do Sul, scheduled for April 17 in Triunfo (RS), will feature a novelty in this edition: the debut of a fair aimed at generating business in olive cultivation. The event will be held at the Azeite Milonga mill and will bring together producers, suppliers, and buyers in a single environment. The initiative's proposal is to strengthen commercial relationships within the olive production chain, promoting integration between those who produce, supply inputs, and acquire the final products. According to the president of the Brazilian Institute of Olive Cultivation (Ibraoliva), Flávio Obino Filho, the focus is on creating a strategic environment for business: "The proposal is to bring producers closer to suppliers and buyers, creating a space aimed at the commercial development of olive cultivation."
