The Trade Connection Conference was held on April 24, bringing together tea suppliers from the Northeast region and exporting enterprises to promote trade. Ambassador Ta Van Thong highlighted Indonesia's growing demand for tea due to production challenges and noted that Vietnam is the largest tea supplier to the Indonesian market, accounting for 54% of imports. However, the ambassador pointed out that Vietnamese tea brands have limited presence in Indonesia and recommended that tea enterprises focus on promoting high-quality organic tea, diversifying products, and ensuring quality delivery to increase exports to the Indonesian market. The Vietnamese Embassy and Trade Office in Indonesia will continue to support Vietnamese tea enterprises in promoting their products in the Indonesian market.
