According to foreign media reports, Egypt’s share of China’s imported frozen strawberry market is constantly expanding and has occupied more than 80% of the market share. From January to November 2023, Egypt’s exports to China have exceeded the previous year’s total , Egypt has become China’s largest supplier of frozen strawberries for the fifth consecutive year. Yevhen Kuzin, a market analyst for the fruit and vegetable industry at EastFruit, said, “Six years ago, China was the world’s fourth largest exporter of frozen strawberries, with export volume far surpassing Egypt. But the situation has changed dramatically since then. Last year, Egypt’s export volume of frozen strawberries was more than China has several times more.
