Overview of average consumer prices for food products in the Ivanovo region

According to data from Rosstat, from September 15 to October 13, the average consumer price for carrots in the Ivanovo region decreased by 8.6% (to 40.39 RUB/kg), onions by 8.0% (to 40.83 RUB/kg), white cabbage by 6.7% (to 33.11 RUB/kg), beets by 6.2% (to 37.17 RUB/kg), apples by 4.9% (to 161.92 RUB/kg), canned vegetables for baby food by 2.0% (to 665.09 RUB/kg). Potatoes could be purchased on average at 35.44 RUB/kg, fresh cucumbers at 144.71 RUB/kg, tomatoes at 203.67 RUB/kg, bananas at 141.38 RUB/kg, and fruit and berry preserves for baby food at 534.53 RUB/kg. In the grain products group, the price of buckwheat decreased by 2.0% (to 61.14 RUB/kg), rye and mixed rye and wheat bread by 1.6% (to 87.87 RUB/kg), vermicelli by 1.0% (to 105.14 RUB/kg). Buckwheat groats were sold on average at 69.00 RUB/kg, rice at 128.04 RUB/kg, wheat flour at 61.37 RUB/kg, and premium wheat flour pasta at 118.73 RUB/kg, and bread and bakery products made from wheat flour at 141.77 RUB/kg.
