Overview of retail prices for foodstuffs in the Krasnodar Krai

Over the month in the region, the cost of pork, beets, and carrots, as well as sour cream, decreased. According to Krasnodarstat, over the month (November 5 – December 1) in the Krasnodar Krai, among fruit and vegetable products, beets (down to 42.24 RUB/kg) and carrots (down to 44.89 RUB/kg) became 1.5% cheaper. Fresh tomatoes could be purchased on average at 225.52 RUB/kg, cucumbers at 185.02 RUB/kg, potatoes at 53.20 RUB/kg, onions at 46.67 RUB/kg, and fresh white cabbage at 43.62 RUB/kg. Among dairy products in the region, there was a decrease in prices for sour cream (by 0.9%, to 357.18 RUB/kg), cottage cheese (by 0.6%, to 426.52 RUB/kg), hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses (by 0.4%, to 947.61 RUB/kg). The cost of dry milk mixtures for baby food was set at 1,333.04 RUB/kg, butter at 1,139.76 RUB/kg, and whole UHT drinking milk with 2.5-3.2% fat content at 119.97 RUB/l, pasteurized milk at 92.18 RUB/l.
