Turkey's oyster mushroom production continues rapidly

President Ekrem Yüce, who visited the mushroom production facility established on an area of 1,500 square meters within the body of Sakarya Metropolitan Sera AŞ, said, "Our oyster mushroom production continues rapidly. We will produce 16-20 tons of oyster mushrooms in total in our production facility, where we will harvest 4 times a year."
