"We have to focus on a single market for now, because our production is not very large. There is a chain behind it that will continue to develop, just as it happened with the pork sector," he noted. The head of Senacsa explained that the production and export of sheep meat is new, so as negotiations progress, more will be learned about this sector. "We are confident that Paraguay will adapt to consumer demands," he said, adding that market prices are still within the private sector and will be revealed once the shipment is finalized.
