The Regional Agricultural Directorate of Pasco continues to develop actions aimed at animal health protection. Through the Pasco Agricultural Agency, technicians reached the Chascuay and Cochamarca Antigua sectors, where 2,443 sheep and 105 alpacas were dosed.
This health activity aims to strengthen livestock capital in the high Andean communities of the region, ensuring livestock welfare through effective technical practices. The intervention is part of the institutional commitment to sustainable livestock development.
These actions allow for the prevention of parasitic diseases, improvement of livestock nutritional status, and contribution to the increase of livestock productivity, directly benefiting families dedicated to this important economic activity.
