Between January and April of this year, Peru imported 65,244,950 kilos of soybeans, valued at US$31,498,163, according to Agrodata. Bolivia was the primary supplier, accounting for 54% of the total imports, followed by Paraguay, Chile, and other countries. The main importers in Peru were Seaboard Overseas Perú SA, San Fernando SA, ADM Andina, and Corporación Rico SAC, with total imports valued at US$3,964,395.
