In October 2025, preliminary figures from the consultancy Fresh Fruit show that Peruvian agricultural product exports reached US$ 1,500 million, a slight 5% drop compared to the same period in 2024, mainly due to blueberry shipments not meeting expectations. In the recent month of October, blueberries had an average price of US$ 4.49 per kilogram, generating exports of US$ 450 million; while in October 2024, with an average price of US$ 6.22, they generated around US$ 600 million.
