From January to September 2020, Peruvian agricultural exports reached a total of US $ 4,846 million, showing a slight increase of 1.4% compared to the same period in the previous year. This includes traditional agricultural exports valued at US $ 415 million, which saw an 11.1% decrease, and non-traditional agricultural exports, which increased by 2.8% to US $ 4,431 million. The main exports included other coffees, sugars, wool, raw sugar, cane molasses, coffee for planting, roasted coffee, and coca leaves. The main destinations for these exports were North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Central America, Oceania, and Africa, with the United States being the largest market. In September alone, agricultural exports increased by 12.7% to US $ 701 million, with non-traditional exports making up 82.7% of this total.
