Peru's grape exports in the first quarter of the 2023-2024 campaign reached $1,058 million, marking a 40% increase from the same period in the previous campaign, as reported by the Association of Exporters (Adex). The surge is attributed to climate change advancing the campaign and a rise in demand from Asian countries. The US is the primary destination for Peru's 50+ grape varieties, accounting for 47% of total exports. Other significant markets include the Netherlands, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, the UK, Canada, Spain, Taiwan, and South Korea.
