In August 2024, Peruvian maca exports saw a significant increase of 61% from the previous year, reaching a total of 267 tons. Exports were delivered to 21 countries, with Brazil and the United States being the primary markets. The leading exporters were Peruvian Nature S&S S.A.C. and Agro Fergi S.A.C., accounting for 24% and 20% of the share, respectively. A total of 29 buyers were registered during this period.
