(Agraria.pe) Between January and August 2023, Peruvian exports of maca (red, yellow and black) reached 1,830 tons, in its powder, gelatinized and flour presentations for a value of US$ 14 million, which It represented an increase of +9.1% in volume, but a drop of -10.39% in value compared to similar months last year.
