Pets on farms. Will farmers bear the costs of new requirements?

Did the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development analyze the financial consequences for farms resulting from the obligation to build kennels for dogs in connection with the ban on keeping them on chains? "In connection with the law passed by the Polish Parliament banning the keeping of dogs on chains, I am submitting an interpellation concerning the effects of this regulation for rural residents, in particular for farmers and owners of agricultural farms," wrote MP Szymon Pogoda (PiS).
