A test on 216 foods reveals the widespread presence of phthalates, especially in oils, wines, and fatty products. Potentially harmful substances, but still legal, which raise doubts about the safety of the food supply chain. Plastic is not only in our packaging: it is now, in invisible form, also in our dishes.
